WHS Halo is among the largest PVC-U window extruders in the UK, designing and supplying window profile to fabricators and installers within the UK and Ireland.

WHS Halo has a customer base that embraces the public sector, housebuilding and consumer sectors, for which it currently extrudes a number of bespoke window systems, namely System10, Rustique, Eclipse and Esthetique.

Manufacturing activity takes place at Minworth in Sutton Coldfield. WHS Halo has a dedicated design team, an extrusion facility - which is equipped with its own in house polymer blending plant, a laminating facility, an in-house quality testing centre and a 100,000 square ft modern distribution centre.

Bowater Projects, operating as a leading provider of integrated fenestration project management solutions within the UK, has established itself as a company that delivers its promises to the client in the public or commercial market sectors.  Bowater Projects is able to offer products in a variety of materials including PVC-U, timber and aluminium. The experience within the organisation enables the company to operate as either a principle or main contractor on window & door replacement projects in a wide variety of locations, from high rise to sheltered accommodation in housing, and from office blocks to schools. All products are available to both the new build and refurbishment sectors.

The Eco Series of double rebated doors in the public sector and the Duo range of retail composite doors are both capable of achieving a u-value as low as 0.8W/m2K, equivalent to the Code for Sustainable Homes Level 6.

The changing climate in the UK presents additional challenges (and opportunities), the company has been at the forefront of development on, such as the Duo Guard flood resistant door, which virtually eliminates water ingress in flood affected areas.  In fact, tests proved that water ingress is reduced by 99.5% against standard single rebated doors with the Duo Guard product.

With the addition of Fire Resistant doors, utility doors and single rebate doors, Bowater Doors offers the widest choice of energy efficient door solutions on the market, available in a range of styles, colours, and glazing options.

Fabricated Vertical Sliding Sash windows are also offered by Bowater Doors to support the growing demand for the replacement of failing, timber sash windows with a low maintenance, energy efficient solution that maintains the aesthetic qualities of the windows they are replacing.  The range is available in white, woodgrain, and coloured finishes.

Bowater Architectural is a market leader in the innovation of energy efficient aluminium and curtain walling solutions to Architects, Specifiers, Fabricators and Contractors throughout the UK and Ireland.

Part of the wider Bowater Building Products Group which is renowned for energy efficient fenestration solutions with a very strong brand in System 10 servicing the public and social housing sectors, it has expanded its range and now offers energy efficient aluminium windows.

The System 10 curtain walling system which is designed to meet the demands of large scale refurbishment projects typically found in many of our educational buildings and office blocks has recently been upgraded.  It is a highly energy efficient system that, when combined with the System 10 low energy windows and doors can achieve a U-value of 1.0W/m²K.
