CPDBowater Offers new CPD programmes
Bowater Building Products Limited is proud to announce their commitment to training construction professional by launching 2 CPD programmes for Architects, specifiers or any other construction professional that has an involvement with or is interested in fenestration solutions.
The two titles, “An introduction to Energy Efficient Fenestration” and “A Guide to Sustainable Curtain Walling” have recently been accredited by the Construction CPD Certification service.
The CPD Certification Service is the independent body operating across all market sectors and in support of all professional institutions, bodies and societies. Its certified CPD ‘quality mark’ is a recognised symbol of quality assured training.
The prime role of the CPD Certification Service is to certify that the content of training courses, papers delivered at conferences and other educationally beneficial material conforms to universally accepted CPD guidelines.
The seminars which are one hour in duration are specifically designed for those who want to find out more about leading energy efficient solutions in fenestration.

What are CPD’s
Almost every construction institutional body requires that its members undertake relevant CPD programmes so that they are kept up to date with the latest innovations and solutions in their industry.
Each institutional body is different when it comes to CPD requirements. Some measure the requirement in points and some in hours.
As a basic rule, a one hour CPD programme will equate to one point and generally a minimum of 35 hours per year is recommended
